Our field of expertise is in new custom homes but also includes extensive restoration and the remodeling of older homes. With our sister company, The Service Guy, we are able to provide our extensive background of services to customers that need to make smaller modifications to their homes or have small maintenance jobs performed.
In custom homebuilding, communication is as important as craftsmanship. To that end, we are in daily communication with vendors, designers, architects and customers. Coordination of production and knowledge of evolving schedules, deliveries, and changes in the scope of the work demand continual sharing of information. Weekly on-site meetings with the customer are standard procedure.
As always, we are constantly updating, revising, and refining construction techniques and use of materials. Because of our long history in construction we have been able to sort through what does or doesn’t work in this quickly evolving world of building science. We also employ the latest green techniques in our fabrication, insulation and product choices. Construction is typically performed on homeowner-owned lots but also on lots that we can help locate for our customers.
